The HitMix provides news bulletins 24 hours a day, during peak hours we strive to provide a local news service, outside of these hours news bulletins contain a mix of national and international stories provided by Sky News Radio.

We sometimes use computer technology to automate certain programmes, such as overnights. We are proud to say that all of our daytime programming (6am – 6pm) is live from our studios in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Our evening schedule (6pm – 10pm) is a mix of live and automated programmes. At weekends the vast majority of our programming is live from 6am until 10pm.
Amount of Local Programming
The vast majority of our programming is produced and presented from our studios in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, unless of course we are out and about with our Roadshow Truck. Some shows specialist shows are produced at other studios.
