Drugs arrests following collision with house

Two men were arrested during an intelligence-led drugs operation in Stoke-on-Trent yesterday (31 January).
A red Ford Fiesta failed to stop for officers and crashed into a house on Spode Street, Stoke, at around 4.15pm.
Two male passengers from the vehicle, aged 18 and 19 and from the Stoke-on-Trent area, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and theft of a motor vehicle.
Both men have been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
A large amount of crack cocaine and mobile phones were recovered from the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle made off from the scene and remains outstanding at this time.
